I had an accident last week courtesy of a slippery road and a guy cutting me off (he did not stop and i have no info) My car is damaged past it's worth and I'm getting another one this weekend. My dilema is this. I notified my insurance company, but haven't claimed any damages. (The car isn't worth a lot and I'm just trading it in so I don't want to repair it.) My chiroprator found nerve strain in my back more than I had previously and it has been bothering me a bit, but I have a high pain threshold anyway. He's advising me to file no fault medical claims and have my auto insurance company pay for increased visits (I was down to once every two weeks) and he wants me to come back a few times a week again now that my tests are showing this strain and I'm in a bit more pain. Will filing this no fault increase my rates when I come up for renewal? Or will they go up anyway? I'd like to go back for more visits

I pulled out in front of a lady and her car t-boned my car. Her and her passengers were injured and were taken to the hospital for minor airbag related injures. I had minor whiplash. someone hit my car 2 weeks ago which was a 1993 lexus ls 400 ( i know its an old car) and yes he did admit fault on the report and to his insurance company .the problem is they called me stating that there offer is $1600 ,because of previous rust on my car.let me 1st say that is bull i have pictures of my car pre-accident and post accident .there was no damage until there insured hit me.also ,they sent me an appraisal listing of the same cars in my area from dealers to come up with local market value but when i looked up the same cars that was sent to me the prices the insurance company sent wasnt the same prices the dealer had marked for there cars also ,when i asked them why this was and that i also found cars with higher mileage with prices of $3500 plus they said they dont go by dealer pricing,so my next question is why did they send false dealer estimates to me then?and when i looked at the appraisers notes certain items like sunroof ,heated seats etc. wasnt included.i haven't had an accident in over 6yrsso someone who has been in this situtation please give me advice how to handle this . is the price they gave me fair or are they lowballing me ? and are the tactics they are using a usual thing? aaaaggghhh!!!they are making me nuts!!! thanks for all answers in advance!!!

Since my grandmother died and my uncle was on the policy as the primary driver, would it be ok to leave her name on the policy? I have been stuck on Kawasaki because it seems there models have the best gas mileage an comfortable seating positions. The 250r is just out of the question, even though I'm a first time rider. I'm 35 years old and do not plan on racing, but i also don't want to be stuck with a 250cc bike when i purchase, as I plan on keeping whatever I buy. I'm looking at the Kawasaki ZZR600 and the Ninja 650, but not sure if the insurance will be that much of a difference from 600cc to 650cc.
